Open Docket brings together a statewide agency directory with a filing and tracking workflow so requesters can submit Right-to-Know requests through this service to agencies across Pennsylvania. Confirm the current officer before you send. We are not aware of another consumer product that combines a Pennsylvania-wide agency listing with request and appeal tracking in one place.

The application counts statutory periods from dates you record — five business days to respond, up to 30 calendar days if the agency extends, and 15 business days to appeal under 65 P.S. § 67.1101 — drafts a request letter, and can remind you of upcoming deadlines if you subscribe to Open Docket Pro.
